I have 33 years of experience in various areas, which has afforded me the opportunity to provide empathy and compassion during one's most vulnerable times in their life. Most importantly, I'm a person who understands struggle, with day to day hassles or unexpected tragedy. You may be feeling depressed, defensive, angry, sad, grieved, or tired. I help people overcome issues related to alcoholism, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship trauma, divorce and long lasting challenges related to Covid 19. I also partner with those who are at a crossroads in life and need to make some decisions to improve their quality of life. You may need a safe space to talk without judgement. I specialize in helping people discover their greatest strengths in spite of heartache, hardship, and hopelessness. The most successful treatment modality is CBT, IF we work on how thinking has impacted your life, we can change those thoughts; therefore your inner and external world will change.
