As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a space that is non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative where you can be open to exploring issues that are causing distress. Through your journey of exploration, I will guide you through the process of identifying/nurturing personal strengths and work towards resolving issues/concerns that are most important to you to restore balance back in your life. I specialize in co-occurring disorders (anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use) and life transitions (relationships and occupational).
