I have been practicing for over 12 years and like to use a mix of psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness that is tailored to each individual. My work is person-centered and focuses on helping others develop healthy ways to manage stress, resolve conflict and heal from trauma in a safe and warm environment.
