I have worked in the field of mental health for almost thirty years and have engaged with people suffering from varying levels of mental health challenges ranging from depression and anxiety, to substance use disorders, relationships challenges, self esteem/anger management struggles and pandemic-related concerns. I also have considerable experience in the treatment of smoking cessation. What is your approach to therapy? When you feel like your life is out of control or you struggle to organize your thoughts, I am here to help. If anxiety or depression has taken residence in your mind, I am here to assist in evicting such unwelcomed guests! The key to effective therapy is forming a bond of trust which helps us get to the root of your problems, and that is where the real change comes! I believe you can change. Now it's your turn.
