Hi, I'm Chris. I want to help you develop the skills to overcome anxiety & depression, move past trauma, escape toxic relationships, take back control, and learn to love the beautiful person you are. I use compassion and cognitive therapies to help people like you maximize your strengths and find opportunities to make the changes you want in your life. My practice is open to people of all faiths, beliefs, ethnicities, abilities, gender-identities, and orientations. I am a fervent supporter of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities in both my personal and professional life. I believe an intersectional perspective is crucial to understanding ourselves and the world around us. I have extensive experience working with people who have different needs and abilities.
