My name is CHOUA YANG. I am a licensed clinical social worker working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I have experience working with a diverse population and demographic. My approach I combine mindfulness and spirituality and specialize in treating anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, trauma, and more. I utilize a holistic approach to help you thrive and heal in your life. My focus I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals and offer a safe environment for you to share your story. Areas of particular interest include life transitions, relationship issues, self-confidence, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
