My name is Chloria, or you can simply refer to me as Chlo. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan, and I am nationally certified. I have a little under five (5) years of experience working as a substance abuse and mental health counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and many more. I have also worked with the Michigan Department of Corrections reentry program, and provided support to those dealing with anger management and domestic violence (the victim and the abuser).

The main approach I use in treatment is Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, and severe mental illness. I believe in treating everyone with respect and will be empathetic towards your needs.
