To me, counseling isn't this formal approach that can fit into a stuffy little box. To me, you're the expert of yourself and with counseling I am here to help guide you to where you want to be. What is your approach to therapy? I believe the therapeutic relationship is a key part of counseling. Our relationship has to be a place that is safe and trusting. I have an extensive background in trauma work which makes me comfortable working with people with all kinds of experiences. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can expect a welcoming and empowering environment with me. This will be a place where you will never be judged but encourage to be your most authentic self.
