I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who worked for the last decade in the Bay Area, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, school challenges, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience in community mental health and providing therapy in educational settings, and I strive to form strong connections with my clients so that I may, with the use of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed counseling, support them through their healing and growth journeys. I am consistently awed by the resilience and strengths of those I work with and hope to build upon my client’s values and skill sets to achieve greater balance and confidence in their ability to pursue their goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and two children and watching movies--even the occasional non-Disney ones!
