I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in relationship issues, but also provide therapy to individuals seeking help with managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. What is your approach to therapy? I use an integrated approach therapy by utilizing one or more therapy models to meet the individual needs of my clients. Some of the therapy models used include, but are not limited to: Solution-focused, narrative, emotion-focused, Gottman's method, Cognitive Behavioral, and Systemic therapies. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I like to create a comfortable, safe space for clients to truly be and understand themselves in regards to the goals they have set for their therapy journey. Therapy can be difficult, so I want my clients to feel accomplished in the therapy goals they set to achieve for themselves.
