I am licensed in North Carolina with 10 years of professional work experience as a therapist and 16 years in the mental health/substance abuse field. I have experience in helping clients with depression, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, religious challenges, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience in many other areas that may suit your mental health needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and empathy. There's no judgment here!
