As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my goal is to provide effective, quality care to my clients. I specialize in helping my clients develop better cognitive and emotional skills, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.
I specialize in reducing anxiety, depression, increasing self-awareness, exploring individualism, decreasing stress and managing negative emotions, exploring past relationships and experiences as it relates to our present relationships, decisions and cognitive schema.
My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I believe growth and change begins when you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking, so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
I've been an advocate for mental health awareness for over 7 years in the helping field. My goal is for my client to leave each session with a better understanding, feeling the need to explore more avenues about themselves while connecting the dots through their own healing process.

I am an active, participatory therapist focused on the promotion of self-awareness and emotional intelligence by teaching my clients to “read” their emotions and distinguish healthy from unhealthy feelings
