About
As your therapist, I feel that creating an environment where you feel seen, valued, and heard is essential. While you might be approaching a difficult time, I hope you will rest easier knowing you do not have to take that journey alone.
I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, obtained in 2015. Employment positions within the past decade include Behavior Therapist, School Counselor, School-Based Therapist, District Restorative Justice Coordinator, Behavioral Health for the Army, and (currently) Private Practice Therapist.
I am experienced in individual, couples, and family therapy. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, and life transitions. My treatment approaches include EMDR, CBT, CPT, DBT, EFT, ACT, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, narrative, and art therapy techniques to help you achieve your wellness goals.
As your therapist, I look forward to helping you take steps toward healing and a healthy, balanced life in which you're not just living but thriving. I'm here to listen and to provide the encouragement you need to work towards positive life changes.
I look forward to working with you!
