I have been working in the mental/behavioral health field for 5 years. I really love helping others and take a holistic approach to therapy. Our mind and body are not separate. I feel that people recognize this and are seeking help to heal themselves as a whole. I am very open minded and easy going. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I have most experience working as a crisis therapist and helping people that deal with suicidal ideation, depression and anxiety. I am trained in CBT and motivation interviewing.
