I am a licensed therapist in Illinois with three years of professional experience providing direct therapeutic services. Prior to transitioning into the mental health field, I dedicated four years of my career to working with foster care children in Illinois. Throughout my practice, I have gained extensive experience in assisting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse. Over the past three years, my focus has been on working with adolescents and their families following their discharge from psychiatric hospital stays.
