I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with over 3 years of experience working as an individual and group therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, agoraphobia, relationship issues, career challenges, and AHDH.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in meeting people where they are in order to understand their experiences and reach their goals, what ever they may be. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, and person centered therapies. We will collaborate together to create a treatment plan that meets your specific needs and outlines how I can be a support along the way.
