I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois that specializes in working with women age 25 and older. I have 15 years of professional experience. I provide a strengths based and client centered approach to therapy. I believe that each woman seeking help has strengths and it is my goal to help her during therapy to discover her strengths and to utilize those to continue the healing process. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and chronic health conditions. I have an extensive background in domestic abuse and chronic health conditions. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
