Hi there, I'm Cheryl. Do you struggle with dealing with past hurts, anxiety, and depression? Feeling bad about yourself? Do you struggle with focus and concentration? Do you struggle with sustaining your attention, getting distracted easily, and finding the motivation to get things done? Do you struggle with dealing with chronic pain? I help people who struggle with trauma and it's effects to feel better about themselves and learn new strategies to manage their symptoms and build a better life for themselves. I also empower people with symptoms of attention deficit to build effective strategies to manage their day-to-day activities and improve self-esteem and increase productivity. Also, I help people dealing with chronic pain find ways to increase their ability to cope in their day-to-day lives. Together, we will use strategies that work for you to build a better life for you!
