I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than ten years of experience. My practice modalities include some Dialectical Behavioral techniques and cognitive therapy while focusing on your goals and dreams. I work with adults, adolescents and couples. I believe that everyone can lead and live fulfilling lives. I am holistic in my approach, integrating the mind and body connection, and encourage my clients to consider diet, exercise and spirituality in their daily lives in order to feel healthy and whole.
