Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy! My name is Dr. Cheryl or Cheryl, whichever you prefer. Does stress, anxiety, or depression interfere with your full participation in life? Are past traumas, shame, and guilt keeping you from achieving your goals? I empower adult men and women to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictions through an integrative, client-centered therapy approach. We will first build a working, trusting relationship based which is the foundation for all change. Next, we will identify barriers that prevent positive growth in your life and work to remove them. I use an integrative, short-term, therapy approach with techniques such as solution-focused, cognitive behavioral methods, hypnotherapy, EMDR, and art therapy. I believe in the inner child concept of trauma resolution. However, each technique is individualized to meet your needs. You will be a full participant in developing a treatment plan that is right for you in the moment. Together we will create lasting, positive change at home, work, school, and in interpersonal relationships.
