Hi, my name is Cherrelle. I'm a licensed clinical therapist that enjoys helping people live a more authentic life. I have 13 years of experience working with people battling depression, anxiety, career issues, life transitions, self esteem and other mental/emotional challenges. Through an attachment and trauma informed lens, my therapy approach is warm, witty and welcoming. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, emotionally focused, solution focused and person centered therapy. Every one is unique and there is no cookie cutter approach to building a relationship like this. Together we will focus on your strengths to set goals for an individualized treatment plan that puts you one step closer to reclaiming your peace and power!
