I became a therapist to help people, whether to offer support through the process of improving mental health, addressing relationship difficulties, or adjusting to challenging life changes. Over the past 8 years I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse population of individuals seeking help. As a social worker I strive to provide a compassion, listening ear to those who seek help. You and I will work together and come up with goals. You are the expert on your life and my goal is to help you find what you seek. By collaborating together you will develop the tools to create more peace in your life.
I have a master in social worker and also one in child development. I love working with both adults and children. I often work with people who often struggle with feelings of anxiety and depression. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to manage your anxiety and depression.
