I graduated from Waynesburg University in 2016 with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety and depression, and have background in crisis stabilization. I am located in the beautiful town of Harrisonburg, Virginia. I do have immediate openings and primarily work with young adults & the college population. I am also military family/culture competent. What is your approach to therapy? My counseling style is very relaxed and client centered. I tailor treatment to my clients specific needs and preferences. I am also newly trained in EMDR therapy! What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is that clients leave our sessions feeling empowered and in a clearer headspace.
