I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and Louisiana with over 6 years experience providing professional counseling services. My goal is to meet clients where they are and work with them to develop the tools and confidence to tackle life’s hardships, such as stressors, coping with change, and other life challenges. This also includes symptoms of mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I use a person-centered, humanistic approach, allowing the client to be the expert regarding their life by exploring their feelings and solidifying their sense of self.
It takes a great deal of strength to reach out for help, and I believe a client's intrinsic motivation and the therapeutic relationship can be a valuable healing experience.
