I enjoy working with individuals, families, and groups with diverse backgrounds. I work with cultural sensitivity and eagerness to learn about your individual issues and needs. I will partner with you to help alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, PTSD, grief, and other life changing events.
I use a variety of approaches and attempt to use an approach that will work best for you! I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Strength Based, and Narrative therapeutic approaches.
I believe everyone I work with in the counseling relationship is a beautifully unique individual who only needs my support to help them through their current struggles. Every human being has their own capacity to heal within themselves. I’m simply the “band aid” that helps the individual heal and unlock their true potential.
