Thank you for visiting my Find A Therapist profile. I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida with over 20 years of experience providing individual and group counseling services.

My goal is to create a safe environment to do the important work that you identify to increase your life satisfaction. This may include but is not limited to: resolution and relief from traumatic experiences, better relationships, personal growth, more success or increased self awareness. The sky and your imagination are the only limits. Safe space is provided through using a client centered, no judgment approach.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My background encompasses working with domestic violence survivors, persons impacted by trauma, clients experiencing substance abuse issues and persons wanting to increase their self awareness or their quality of life. I utilize a compassionate, strength based, solution focused approach always being mindful of your identified goals.
