I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and have over two decades of experience working with people facing a variety of issues and ages. I have my Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling and Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership. I have worked in the field of education supporting individuals and families as a teacher, school counselor, and administrator. I am not able to prescribe medications and I am not a licensed psychologist.
I believe supporting the individual needs of each client is my main therapeutic purpose. Emotional and social wellness are essential components of a healthy life. Relationships with different people such as family, friends, acquaintances, and employers may influence our mental wellness. When mental health issues are not addressed, feelings of hopelessness and dissatisfaction with different facets of life, may occur leading to an unfulfilled and inauthentic life.
