As a licensed marriage and family therapist i have been in the field for 5 years. I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. As a therapist I am direct, while displaying patience and providing a safe environment with which clients can process their vulnerabilities. Outside of my personal career, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dogs, and ranching.
