Hello! I am a licensed therapist in Washington State with nearly 8 years of experience in therapeutic interventions with clients, primarily adolescents and adults, with many different concerns. This includes depression, anxiety, LGBT-related and self-esteem challenges. I have also worked with people with trauma, addictions and parenting issues, as well as grief and loss. I also carry the credential of Child Mental Health Specialist.

My style as a therapist is warm, genuine, honest, casual and interactive. I believe that you, as the client, are the expert on your own life with strengths to overcome life challenges and my role is to help get you there. You are capable of making change, and I'm here to help. I believe everyone deserves to be heard with compassion and respect. My approach to therapy combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and problem-solving therapy. We will work together on your goals and needs and come up with a plan to get there.
