I have been practicing as a licensed therapist for almost 8 years. I have worked in a variety of settings and with all ages. I can help you navigate through depression, anxiety, trauma, and a variety of other symptoms that may be increasing mental instability. I am certified in Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and have seen promising results over the past 3 years of using this technique. I practice from a person centered approach and pull from Adlerian and cognitive behavior therapy. I believe affect is important as well as processing the past in order to heal what is happening currently. I can help you process what seems impossible and debilitating.
