I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have a School Counseling (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential. I provide mental health services in English and Spanish. My specialities include child and adolescent therapy and therapy for families in the foster care and probation systems. I have assisted clients who struggle with grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, ADHD, suicidal behavior, and attachment disorders. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to guide my treatment with clients. I believe that the best outcome of therapy happens when there is rapport and teamwork between the client and therapist. I’m very strength-based and easy-going. I can help you meet your goals, overcome difficult situations and provide tools that could improve your mental health.
