I am licensed in Washington with 3 years of Private practice therapy experience and 10 years professional social work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & executive and professional coaching. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

My motivation comes from helping individuals achieve their goals and have insight into the value they provide to this world. I spend most of my free time with my senior rescue dog and I also enjoy reading, going to concerts, sharing meals with friends, and napping. I would love to get to know you!
