I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) out of Massachusetts. I have experience in helping adults with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, & coping with life changes. I also have experience treating co-occurring disorders.

I believe that you are the expert on yourself. Therefore, you are in the driver's seat of your mental health journey. I view my job as providing a fresh perspective, support when you need it most and guiding you through this particular moment in your life.

I am deeply compassionate but also upfront and honest with all my clients. In session you can expect me to be curious, down to earth, non-judgmental, patient and to have a sense of humor. I do not prescribe to one kind of therapy but rather try to find the process that works best for you and your circumstances. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their identity. Just bring who you are to session, exactly as you are.
