Hi, I’m Chelsea [she/her]…

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Oregon. My overall approach is rooted in the various psychotherapies I utilize to support your therapeutic goals. I enjoy supporting clients with trauma, stress, anxiety, identity development, parenting issues, and life transitions. My intention is to help you develop improved understanding of yourself and your life situation, identify areas of necessary change, and collaborate with you in developing strategies for implementing any needed changes. With expanded insight comes authentic expression and new understanding to cultivate wholeness. I bring to my practice a background in outdoor leadership, hospice, community, residential, and school-based mental health, I have experience working with diverse individuals in unique settings and often incorporate my values of nature and self-expression into my work.
