I believe we all have the intrinsic wisdom to know what we need to live balanced, fulfilling lives. Sometimes the behaviors and beliefs we learn to cope with overwhelming life experiences separate us from that wisdom. My hope is to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate setting to help you connect with your innate capacity to heal and feel greater connection with yourself and meaning in your life. I am licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee with five years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with addictions, deal with lgbtq+ related issues, heal from trauma, and build self-esteem and confidence. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
