Everybody struggles sometimes. Struggles are a normal part of the human experience, and I am grateful to be able to provide consistent help and support from a non-judgmental therapeutic position of acceptance and encouragement. As your counselor, I offer to engage with you using a holistic approach to mental health with a focus on destigmatizing self-care; after all, quality of life starts with your own self. My focus is on you with the goal of empowering you and improving your quality of life so that you may work towards life as the most happy and healthy individual that you can be. By employing a holistic approach as your counselor, I am better able to examine your struggles, whether biological/psychological/social/other, with a more realistic perspective and with a greater understanding that your struggles could result from numerous sources or combinations of sources.

Talking about or seeking help during times of struggle can be difficult or even seem overwhelming. However, talk therapy can often provide positive benefits. As your counselor, it is my intent to provide you with the help and warm support that will allow you to be able to engage in the necessary self-exploration to recognize patterns of negative thoughts and behaviors and build the strength and hope to implement positive changes in your life.

I have significant experience with a broad variety of issues from a highly diverse range of clients. Whether you are an individual, couple, family, child, adolescent, or adult and whether your struggle is mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, stress, difficulty coping, anger management, or whatever it may be, it is my pleasure to work with you and I look forward to meeting you and helping improve your daily life.
