Hi! My name is Chartrice and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia who has been providing therapeutic services in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 15 years.

My goal is to provide quality services, while ensuring a healthy therapeutic relationship. As a therapist, I embrace the use of interventions and techniques that are holistic, integrative and person-centered in nature. Some of the approaches I will use to assist you on your life’s journey will include strength-based, cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

I specialize in treating individuals who are experiencing addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and managing life stressors, such as adjustment, marriage, parenthood, finances, etc. I am resourceful, adaptable, and enthusiastic about empowering individuals to thrive at their most optimal levels of living.
