Hello, I am Charmaine Read a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Idaho. I have been working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents for over 7 years. I have experience helping individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar, BPD, array of life stresses, self-esteem issues, woman’s issues, trauma and more. Each person is very different, I utilize a variety of approaches to help people receive the quality of life they desire and deserve. These approaches include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychotherapy, and solution focused. My eclectic client centered approach allows for us to tackle these goals as a team, to help guide you through your journey and learn new skills to manage symptoms.
