Hello I am Charmain, I Graduated from Walden University with a master's in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in trauma response and intervention. I carry a special certification as a certified trauma professional, however my work with trauma is not where my work ends. I also treat depression and anxiety symptoms. I understand that overcoming trauma and building strategies to overcome challenges with depression and anxiety can become an obstacle, therefore I strive to work with you as your guiding partner in recovery. I offer you a safe space, where you can process daily challenges or unresolved conflicts, where you can also build strategies to overcoming even the darkest to the lightest parts of your life.
