I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Board Certified with 10+ years experience. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and walks of life. Maybe you need a listening ear and genuine support through life's ups and downs. Maybe you have specific goals you want to accomplish within counseling. Or maybe you are somewhere in between. No matter where you are, I will meet you there and we will walk through the counseling journey together. I have experience working with adolescents to adults as well as those struggling with grief, addiction, life adjustments, and first responders and their families.

I use a collaborative and caring approach. I will not do the work for you, but will walk beside you as we navigate your specific needs and goals. I have training in many avenues, but my preferred specialties are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person Centered Therapy.
