I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience working with families and individuals in their time of need. Maybe you are someone whose life didn’t go as planned, and you find yourself stuck and unsure how to approach life’s demands. Perhaps you are someone who has lost hope and clarity, or maybe you want to be your best self. If you fit into any of these, therapy may be the support you need. I believe that therapy should be a space that is just for you. I provide a safe place to process and gain tools to support you. My clients include but are not limited to Divorce, Parenting, Special needs, and Anxiety.
