Sometimes we reach a point in our lives when we become aware that we are not moving forward or reaching our full potential. We may begin to feel that we are stuck in unhealthy patterns and ways of thinking that are no longer helpful to us. For over three decades I have been supporting individuals through challenging transitions in their lives.
Our sessions will be person-centered and self-directed based on your own goals and at your own pace. We will explore a combination of Psychodynamic and Cognitive approaches. Together we will create a safe space for unearthing your inner strength, endurance, and resilience to discover the path toward a new healthier way of relating to yourself and to others.
