Your life may have changed significantly in ways that you did not expect because of the pandemic. You had certain plans, goals, and dreams but now you are facing isolation, depression, and lack of motivation. Or you may be experiencing problems with relationships, finances, or substance abuse. Regardless of the issues you are facing, if you are feeling worried, anxious, guilty, or confused, now is the time for you to regain control of your life.

The space I provide is safe, confidential, and non-judgmental for you to express your true self toward self-acceptance. I am a great listener and enjoy helping people with their journey towards self-acceptance and discovery. We will develop a unique plan and talk about your needs and concerns. Together, we will explore your thoughts, and feelings at your own pace.

Like you, I have experienced changes, and uncertainties, but with the guidance and support of others, I have learned new skills to manage stressors. I am goal oriented and allow my intuition to guide the session. I employ relaxation techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and “talk story.” I am looking forward to meeting with you and working together towards your goals.
