You can call me Chuck. I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Minnesota. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 30 years in a wide variety of situations. As a compassionate listener, my goal is for the people I work with to find a solution that works for them, rather than a "medically approved treatment plan." I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group therapy settings. In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist, I am a certified clinical trauma professional, and a certified telemental health provider.

There are several areas in which I have more extensive experience, including blended family struggles, veteran's concerns (including PTSD and trauma work), healthy sexuality, anxiety, and discovering one's life purpose. I use a variety of approaches to help the people I work with manage the intensity, frequency, and/or duration of what is problematic in their life, so they can get back to their life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative discussion in which everyone involved has a role in accomplishing the goal of moving forward with life.
