I am 66 years “young” and a man with much experience in life’s matters. My MA is in Professional Counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) I am single and live alone. I have been working for 13 1/2 years in Dallas at a Retirement community with over 20 years working with Active Aging Adults. I have a lot of experience in helping you with any of the issues that go with aging for yourself and how to help you out with aging parents and loved ones. Grief/sense of loss from moving/isolation/ abandonment are issues I work with daily. Spouses caring for a sick and dying husband/wife are situations familiar to me. I forgot to mention that I am 1st a fitness professional and have embraced exercise and good nutrition into my life for years. I have been teaching group exercise for 38 years. I would like to help you with your issues related to Your Aging/Aging Parents and Family/ Nutrition/ Physical Fitness/ self esteem/ Motivation. With COVID19 and all the isolation that is going on with everyone I have developed coping skills that I would like to share with my clients. Keeping yourself up and going and functioning fully in your life through this pandemic is a daily task and you WILL succeed and have a fulfilling /meaningful life despite the pandemic.
