Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. If you are needing a therapist or guide, yet hesitant to engage in the more traditional forms of therapy you’re in the right place. My practice is steeped in the natural world and deeply intuitive.

I believe that my clients contain within them the power to heal and I am a guide who helps you access your inner wisdom. I am a heart-centered and compassionate counselor with 35 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois in 1985. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington.

I specialize in grief and loss, life transitions and depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and stages of life. I have many years of experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and early loss. In addition, I work with many clients in the LGBTQ community.

I have studied with many teachers and learned many tools and techniques along the way — from cognitive behavioral therapy to alternative methods like alchemical healing, guided imagery, voice dialogue, mindfulness-based therapy, nature-based soul work, and poetry therapy.

I blend all of these traditions and techniques together, along with my intuitive work, to create an individualized and powerful experience for each of my clients.
