About

Welcome, I deeply appreciate your interest in engaging in therapy. Life can be challenging. We live in a complex society that can often lead to stress and a sense of being overwhelmed. We can feel trapped and stuck in certain patterns of behavior and certain roles, and ultimately, we may lose connection to our true identity. It may feel like we lose the power and ability to make informed decisions and instead we are reactive and act on impulse. Whatever the challenge or desire that brings you to explore the possibility of therapeutic services, I am so glad you are taking this time for yourself. I have seen firsthand the powerful transformation that can occur in a single therapy session. What was once an overwhelming problem can become a simple memory that no longer evokes a strong, defeating negative emotional response? I draw upon my extensive training and clinical background to provide both traditional and progressive therapy practices. This allows me to create customized and holistic healing solutions, so my clients feel immediate relief from their symptoms. I am most excited to offer a new and progressive therapy called Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT). Clients experience immediate awareness that real change is possible, and with consistent practice, life enjoyment is achieved! Growing up, my parents often told me that if I loved what I did for a living, I would never work a single day in my life. My interest was steered toward the field of psychology from a very young age. I was inspired by a close connection who advanced their career first as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and then as a Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist. Through this person, I was fortunate to be exposed to a variety of wonderful mental health practitioners in my personal life. My interest in the field of psychology deepened as I further engaged in diverse training with experts in the field that were passionate about supporting people in changing their lives for the better.
