My passion is bringing healing and hopes to people who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, grief and mental health disorders. I know that there is no single approach that is the right one for every individual, so I like to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and a person-centered approach. I will walk alongside my clients to assist them with finding peace, hope, and overall wellness. I strive to empower each client with the skills needed to conquer life's hurdles, both past, and present. I look forward to working with clients to create a positive therapeutic relationship built on trust and authenticity.
