Therapy can be a unknown/scary commitment to talk to a stranger about your personal story. I strive to be authentic, someone with whom clients feel comfortable enough with to be open, self-revealing, and feel understood and heard. My desire is to provide a space where you feel you can explore issues that matter to you, strengthen your resilience, and gain perspective. I take an integrative approach to therapy, valuing many theories. I do not attempt to fit clients into a particular theoretical model; instead I try to learn from you, developing a unique psychological theory for each individual. I provide therapy from a compassion focused, heart centered space, acknowledging your strengths and validating your experiences.
Developing trust is key! My goal is to provide an open, warm, safe place to be able to tell your story, holding a compassionate, non-judgmental, and validating space.
