Hi, I am Charity, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida, and I have been working with individuals for the past 7 years. I want to start off by saying, Thank you for taking the first step toward getting your mental health back on track. I have a background in Department of children and Families, a crisis stabilization unit at a behavioral health facility, marriage and family counseling, and military issues as I am a U.S. Army veteran. I have worked with individuals that have experienced depression, anxiety, mood disorder, low self esteem/confidence from helping individuals work through specific difficulties they are currently enduring. My counseling style is pretty laid-back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.
